From the lounge, you now enter an additional living area, ideal for children, with paintings on the walls of some of the animals and birds that you may see here. This space has a sofabed, books and games and leads to the second bedroom which has 3 single beds, wc and wash basin.

There is a shower room with a toilet. The large dining/kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and has a working fireplace. Pic Vert has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 or 3 singles beds which has its own toilet and wash basin.

The patio area, with BBQ and garden furniture has views along the tree-lined avenue towards the river.

In addition to the log fires, there are electric radiators, so in any season, you will never be cold!
